Understanding Cooling
“Liquid cooling” describes how heat may leave chips or servers.
It does not by itself establish whether the facility ultimately uses cooling towers, chillers, dry coolers, adiabatic systems, or evaporation. IT cooling method and facility heat-rejection method are tracked separately.
Cooling is determined per facility and is not a utility service.
